Do you think my admission chances will be affected if my average drops in my senior year?

Hi all, I’m a high school student from Argentina in his last year of school and I’m about to apply to several top universities from the US. I’m an overall B+/A student, but in this last year my average has dropped, and even if I get the best grades possible for what’s left for the year, I still can’t get at least an equal average to any of my previous years of high school. Still I had a medical problem at the beginning of the year and I was homeschooled for some months, but later I got better and got back to school. My worse grades at the beginning of the year were very related to this health issue, and after I got better I began to get pretty much all As for this part of the year. Do you think I can somehow let the adcoms know about this, maybe through my interviewer? Do you believe they’ll think very badly about this drop in my grades? Still, I go to a bilingual school and I will get a higher average than the previous years in all my English subjects, so that will be an improvement. What do you guys think? Thank you for reading this, sorry it was too long.
