Do you transfer HAVE TO submit final transcripts?

<p>I was recently admitted as a transfer in the fall. however this semester has been a rough one.</p>

<p>In my admissions package they never said i was REQUIRED to submit a final transcript it seems to be optional if i want to receive evaluation for my last semester of work but never said it was required. </p>

<p>Any thoughts?</p>
