My friend who was accepted ED, said that when you goto the status page a little video appears and it's like "Welcome to Cornell" Not excatly what I had in mind. Heehee

I really hope I get one of those cheezy welcome screens....

I just hope that they won't have a cheezy video for rejection..........that might be a little annoying!

Please ask your friend if, once decisions have been made available online, you must click on a link that says "click here for your decision," or whether it just appears after you've logged onto your account.

video? interesting. I heard there is a bear and some greeting words.

oh man...way to ruin the suprise element...

but i don't mind seeing it on my status page

oh man...way to ruin the suprise element...

but i don't mind seeing it on my status page

so is there a video if you get rejected too?

hah that would be a funny video...

oh man...I hope I get that video....omggg...the suspense right now is killing me. Just think people...while we are sitting hear mindlessly thinking about this..the Cornell people could be reading our essays, and reviewing our scores as we speak. FREAKY!

i saw a guy checking cornell app site last year

it says "click here for your decision"

and then it says the letter

the guy was rejected btw

I was accepted last year and don't recall any video. Calm down guys lol, once you're here (or any college) I guarantee the magic will fade.

Being accustomed to the magic doesn't mean that it fades. College has been such a great experience so far (I'm a GT tho so donno how it is for Cornell yet). Love college tho!

When you get accepted ED... you go to the school

ha, i think you misunderstood the point of this thread...it's about how they will communicate the acceptance

I know : )
