Dobie or Goodall Wooten?

I will be a grad student at UT and want to meet and live with international students. I heard Dobie and Goodall Wooten have lots of grad students and internationals. College Houses and Castilian apparently do as well, but College Houses is full and I heard the Castilian is not a quiet place as people party there alot. However, I heard Dobie is mostly filled with freshmen/sophmores and Goodall is gross/shady and has drug dealers.

Are these true? I would like a sociable environment, but I also don't want to live where people play loud music and party alot. Will I have a hard time fitting in at Dobie if I'm a grad student? Would Goodall be the better fit?

It’s true that Dobbie and Castillian are full of freshmen and sophomores. Never heard anything about Goodall Wooten so I can’t say. Right now I live at Laurel, which is a part of College Houses. More than half of the people here are exchanged students from UK, France, Germany, Spain, Australia and Korea. There are also several grad students (also international).
