My son is flying up for the Doc trip (with a lot of gear,) and then after the Doc trip will be staying in his dorm. (?)

Does he take his bedding with him, or we he only need that after he returns from his Doc trip. Mom will be coming up later with the other things he'll need.

Thank you!

He will get to place his stuff that he won't be using for his trip in his room before he leaves. Then, when he gets back he can move in. He should just take a set of sheets to sleep on until you get there with the rest of his stuff.

wishing the both of you a safe trip to Hanover

Sybbie,
Thanks for the quick reply! I will be there the afternoon he returns from the trip. The set of sheets you suggested are for that night he returns...or for the night before he leaves for the trip? We have to be choosey what he takes up without me, since he has so much to take for the DOC trip. :-)

Sophie, my son is currently on his DOC trip -- he gets back to Dartmouth tomorrow. For the DOC trip, they need to have a sleeping bag, so I assume that that is what he slept on the first night, when they stay in a dorm. We really just followed the list of suggested items. The weather seems to be pretty good, although it rained on Wednesday. I'll let you know how his trip went.

Sheets are for the night he returns and moves into the dorm. Since you will be there the afternoon that he returns, then he will not need to bring them with him.

The first night and through out their DOC trip, you son will be sleeping in his sleeping bag. D said that they spend the first night in Topliff.

We are leaving for Hanover tomorrow. D's UGA training begins tuesday.
