Doctor's Note

<p>Hi Everyone, </p>

<p>I'm nearing the ED deadline, and am struggling to decide whether or not to include a note from my doctor regarding my disease and how it affected me throughout high school. It's certainly a serious matter, but will the adcoms look down on that as though it's an 'excuse'? </p>
