<p>When I check my application status online, it says they still haven't gotten my high school transcript, and they also sent me a latter saying they still needed it. I call the admissions office, however, and they said they have the transccript. My old high school said they sent it a month ago, should I be worried that the website isn't showing that they have the documents?</p>

<p>They can tell you first hand why the website indicates your file is missing documentation and what needs to be done to rectify the situation. It could be that they have everything they need but have not udated the system yet.</p>
