We have misplaced my S loggin name and password. How can we get these?

You might want to try this site

Go to the DoDMERB section and check on any of the current questions. Contact Mr. Larry Mullen, Deputy Director, DoDMERB. You can post the question on that site or contact him through his e-mail address which is listed on all of his replies. Good Luck.

Do not contact the Deputy Director of DoDmerb to obtain a loggin name or password. The front page of the DoDMERB website gives the following contact if you are having trouble logging on:webmaster@dodmerb.tma.osd.mil .

Mr. Mullen is a great resource. He has made himself available on the site above and will answer any and all questions. Just because he is the Deputy Director doesn't mean he will not answer your question or give you some help. Check out the site. He encourages anyone with a DoDMERB problem to contact him. If you can get the information through the webmaster great. Just another avenue to rectify the problem.

Thanks for the suggestions. I put in a request from the webmaster. Will give it a few days. I know this is their busy season and their time is important.

I also misplaced my login. I got a reply within one weekday, they seem pretty time efficient.

funtime:

Just FYI. Go to the above referenced web site and the DoDMERB section. Read the first "stickey" and the thread titled "DoDMERB Access Timing?". Although the problem discussed is more substantial than yours if you have any problem with the technical support staff you can always use the contact information provided as a backup. Dealing with the vagaries of DoDMERB can be daunting. It is always nice to have someone to contact who actually understands the entire system and how it works.

my son lost his PW for the DODmerb site (different than the Concorde Site). After about 1-2 weeks of back and forth with the webmaster and they tried to reset the PW and account, we got an email that they gave up resetting it but checked my son's record and he had passed everything and we would be getting the a letter to that affect in a couple of days. Fustrating but we got the answer we were looking for.

I would like to ask a question of this group how do I do this

An above email has a link to service academy forums check that out. Go to the DODmerb subforum. You will find threads with responses by Larry Mullen. Send an email to Larry Mullen if all else fails he is on the DODmerb staff and is very response.

However Larry is there to answer medical questions I would recommend you not bother him with computer questions, I would email the DODmerb webmaster first with your problem, we had to wait a couple of days but always got a response.

Good luck
