I am medically qualified to attend USMA! congratulations me!
Do I have to send out any medical records or dodmerb results to usma, or does dodmerb handle all of that??

You do not need to send DoDMERB results or records to WP unless they request you to do so. Candidates who are offered appointments will need to send prescriptions for eye glasses at some point. If I recall correctly a vaccination record is also requested. Congratulations on being found medically qualified - now the challenge is to stay that way :) You will see lots of bubble wrap posts closer to R-day.

Congrats. can you tell me what you went through exactly? Because my right eye is 20/30, and my left eye is 20/20.. should I consider getting a prescription for one of my eyes before the exam? I don't want to go through that waiver stuff.

^^^^^
The standard for eyesight is 20/40 uncorrected. You won't need an eye waiver for an appointment to West Point.

Trust me. No one WANTS to go through that waiver stuff. Your medical history and physical condition is yours and you can't change it.
If you go through all that waiver stuff is dependent upon the outcome of your physical and medical history - of which you have no control and your desire to attend USMA.

If you are having qualms about that now then perhaps you dont really have the desire to continue in the process.

Really? So I won't need prescriptions during the exam...?

I'm not sure what you are asking, but among other things, the eye exam will determine what your prescription is (if you need glasses). Accepted candidates will fill that information out on a card that WP sends out down the road. WP will use that information to have your BCGs ready and waiting on R-Day :)
