Does a C hurt chances of being accepted to Stern? I got a C+ in Spanish 3 and I'm afraid I might not have a chance. I'm currently a Junior.

I got a C in math frosh year, and a C in math soph year, but I got in ED to Stern. My junior year made up for my lackluster frosh/soph years because I got straight A’s, though. So yes, I think it’ll hurt your chances (especially because you got the C junior year), but probably not too much since Spanish isn’t all that important in the big scheme of things.

It certainly won’t help your chances, but shouldn’t hurt too much as long as everything else is still solid.

Thanks for the replies. At least I got that fateful C in Sophomore year. :[

Probably not too much, as long as it’s isolated (you don’t have multiple grades that low). It isn’t relevant to your studies at Stern really, and as you can see above someone with Cs in math managed to make it in.

hellodocks, you. give. me. hope! lmao
