does a class get dropped if not a lot of people enroll?

<p>There is currently one class I'd like to enroll in. So far, only 4 people have enrolled and the capacity is 40. Does this mean I might potentially have a class with 10-15 people?</p>

<p>but dont worry, all the returning students have not finished registering for classes yet. the second pass for seniors is only starting ;)</p>
