No, I believe it is 25% flat. But, I would send an email to verify - if the email says ok, you have a piece of writing to send in if needed later on an appeal basis. Give them your class rank numbers, print out their reply. Another thought is if you’re that close, be prepared to apply twice - should you go up in rank after Dec 1. You can take a semester off and start in Spring, if you would be an academic admit after next semester - just another option…
Thank you, but I actually just spoke to the admissions office and they said top quartile is up to 25.4%, so props to me for barely scraping by!
