Does a supplemental recommendation and maker's portfolio help a lot for MIT?

I was pretty involved in a community service project in helping out the residents of a community get their problems noticed by the local government and I wrote about it in my essay. I have letter of confirmation about what I did from my supervisor (which I gave to my guidance) but I don’t have an official recommendation from him. I only have a rec from a teacher whose class I struggled in and with whom I would always stay after class to go over problems with and a rec from a teacher whose class I participated quite a bit in. I also forgot to submit a maker’s portfolio for any drawings I did even though I talked about I loved to draw. How screwed am I?
