Does ABET accreditation matter for computer science?

So right now I am in a hard decision and I need some advice.

My major is in computer science and I currently attend UHD (University of Houston - Downtown).

At UHD the computer science program isn't ABET accredited but at UH Main Campus the program there is ABET accredited.

I just wanna ask, how important is ABET Accreditation when it comes to computer science?

I already applied to UH Main and got accepted but I am now thinking if I should just stay at UHD.
It is more convenient, cheaper, and closer than the main campus.

If I graduate with a bachelors in CS at UHD will I still be able to make the same amount of money as graduating from UH Main?

It’s not important at all. Many top-ranked CS programs aren’t ABET accredited.

Not per se (unless you want to take the patent exam).

But it does set a minimum level of quality. ABET accredited CS degree programs can range from ok to excellent, while those without can range from poor to excellent. So those without need to be checked more carefully.
