I’m enrolling 4-year undergraduate school in Indiana, and I’m trying to transfer to IU for next semester (2017 Spring). Since, I’m an international student I received istart (online services for international students, scholars & staff). I already sent every information that they required. But in the istart, they said the transcript is not arrived yet in school. I sent them on 9/5/16 but it is not there yet (today is 9/19/16). Should I make a call to ask or email them? Any suggestions?
Most schools websites say that it can take a few weeks to update the status for receipt of documents. If you just sent them on 9/5 its possible they have them and just haven’t updated the website. You can probably call just to confirm if they haven’t updated the site yet.
