<p>We do. Vandy doesn’t recognize national holidays besides Thanksgiving and Christmas. Honestly, we’re petitioning our student government to observe MLK Jr. Day.</p>

ugh, I haven’t had Labor Day off since middle school since we had band practices every Labor Day weekend. Guess I’m not having it free for another few years, if that.</p>

<p>At least we get a long Easter weekend, I guess. =/</p>

<p>No, thank God. I am surprised I don’t have work though; the owner of the company I work for never does this.</p>

<p>Yes I do. I get fall and thanksgiving break and long spring break in return so it’s okay.</p>

<p>Nope. We’re having a BBQ and a skydiving simulator and other fun stuff!</p>

<p>Wow, it’s weird to think that people have school on Labor Day. I thought it was awesome, my first full weekend here was a 3 day weekend!</p>

<p>Anyway, on the plus side, the week’s going by pretty fast. I actually felt like I had Monday off, and I thought today was Tuesday.</p>
