You were provisionally admitted to the University of California, San Diego contingent upon receipt of all your official college transcripts, high school transcripts and/or Advanced Placement (AP)/International Baccalaureate (IB) exam results. The deadline for submitting these transcripts was July 15, 2009.

To date, we have not received all of your transcripts. To ensure you will be able to enroll in classes for the upcoming year, we must receive your missing transcripts no later than August 14. Otherwise, we must assume that you have made other arrangements to pursue your educational goals for fall 2009 and we will withdraw our offer of admission.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your status, please contact the Office of Admissions Processing Services at (858) 534-4208. You can also review which documents are considered outstanding by viewing your MyApplication checklist. We will be glad to work with you to resolve this matter.

Sincerely,

Mae W. Brown
Assistant Vice Chancellor and Director of Admissions

However...I am worry about this one. Because in my TritonLink, it says my Transcripts Received and Requirement Met. SO...I want to know what happened....Does anyone know?

NO, i got an email like this a couple of days after july 15. But at that point, my transcripts (though i sent them) on my myApplication wasnt tickked out yet.
But then, in a week, all the boxes were checked. so i ignored the email.

U can always call them…it takes them only 2 minutes to locate the problem. UCSD staff helped me out with my housing application…which said i never submitted it! ha!

Call the Admissions Office. Insist on speaking to an officer – and discuss your situation. Also, send an email fully explaining that your Transcript requirements are marked as met, and that you plan on attending. DO NOT IGNORE THIS EMAIL.

Hi guys, thank you for your helping.
Yesterday, I speaked to UCSD staff and got the answer. He said they didn’t receive my first transcript. However, I just study all of my units at second college. Also, I didn’t take any class at first college because I just studied intensive ESL program at first college. Therefore, I cannot provide the first college’s transcript to UCSD since I didn’t take any class at first college. But, he said they needed my first college transcript. I said I could’t provide that to UCSD. Guys…What should I do…? I am really worried about this problem because I am really really want to transfer to UCSD.

You just need to provide them with transcript from the first college. You have nothing to be worried about because the transcript will show no courses (units) taken and no grades. Since you told them about the first college on your application, they have a right to ask you for it.

ummmm, talk to the registrar of your first college since registrars handle the transcript issues: sending and receiving, correcting errors on transcripts etc.

^^^Agreed.
Is their any moderator anyyways? I think nobody checks anything here unlike the MIT forum where you get infractions by moderators if you write obscene words.
