<p>Well I just got accepted there and I really like the school, but I have a few problems with it.</p>
<p>I really like soccer and I know its big there, but I really want to experience a great college football atmosphere....so I was wondering if any students go to UOregon football games.</p>

<p>I don't know for sure, but you could try browsing the University of Portland network over on facebook. You can typically find a lot of information about what people do on weekends and such by simply reading around.</p>

<p>I'm a senior at UP so I can hopefully give you some advice on the social life here.<br>
People are REALLY into soccer, games are just as spirited as U of O or OSU football games except ovbiously there's not as many people. I would recommend joining Purple Pride, the UP student fan club. They have BBQs before and parties after big games.
If you want to head down to OSU or U of O for football, its definetely possible, but UP doesn't organize a weekend trip so you would probably have to organize something yourself. A lot of the students here are from Washington too so you may end up heading to a WSU or UW game with some friends.

<p>They do go to football games but they televise UP Women's games because of the demand at playoff time. REALLY into soccer is an understatement.</p>
