Does anyone have a master list of books of "literary merit"?

^Basically exactly what the title says. I think that having a big list of acceptable books that I can go through and highlight the ones that I've read will help me refresh my memory before the exam. I know that it's best to know a few books really well, which I do, but just in case. Thanks.

I’m not in AP Lit, but unless CB provides a list of recommended reading specifically designed for AP Lit, I’d just go with their list of “101 Great Books” - [great books - book search, top 100 books](<a href=“College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools”>Stay Motivated – BigFuture | College Board)

We have used this list for AP Lit

[AP Literature: Titles from Free Response Questions since 1973](http://homepage.mac.com/mseffie/AP/APtitles.html)

Thanks, both of you! And mitwinmom, that is EXACTLY what I was looking for.
