I'm currently living South Korea, so a state sponsored AP course is not available for me...

I was going to self-study for the test, but my school won't allow me to take the test without preparation...they also don't offer any of the classes that i plan on taking the test for.

I am assuming that the school wants an official course, MIT open course ware won't given anything official and would basically be self-studying.

Course Catalog
or UCCP Open Access
^^ I am self studying enviro-sci using UCCP as a resource. It should work pretty well, considering a lot of the Apex courses come straight from UCCP.

I might mention that the link entitled "Course Catalog" has much more user friendly viewing of those AP classes. Though, if you want a two semester long class viewable on that format, you'll have to manipulate the URL -- if you tell me which APs you're going to take, I can manipulate them URLs for you

Run by the DOE of Georgia, allows students to register from outside the state, but requires school to register a facillitator so you'd need to check with your GC to see if the school will accept your credit.

Does not give "credit" just reports grades to school and the school gives credit.

As someone who has seen courses in APEX and this one, I'd say the one in Georgia is hands down a better program if you are trying to pass an AP test and you aren't motivated enough to self study, but don't have a class at your school.

$300 a semester or 1/2 credit class, $600 for a full year class.

For most classes had a 70% pass rate or better.

NealJ2K I already bookmarked the AP subjects that I'm planning on taking.
Thanks for the offer :)
I love the site!

And I found out that I don't necessarily have to take the test at my school...
I just need to notify collegeboard, so I just decided to self-study and take the tests at a neighboring school.

Hopefully I won't get lazy and start cramming a few weeks before the test...
