Today as a favor to my daughter I called the College Board to have her SATs sent for a program she's interested in. She took the SATs in 2003. When she was a sophomore and junior she took SATIIs for the heck of it because there was score choice. She was told those scores would not ever be released without her permission. Today I was told that the last six tests are sent and they don't have a clue about any old score "choices." I was told everything was going out. When I reached someone "official" at the College Board, I was assured that those former scores aren't released without permission - but the people I spoke with had no authority or connection to the people releasing the scores. So I was sent back to the score people who again told me that all the scores would have to be sent. I have tried several times to get help with this. I feel it is a huge betrayal of trust. The scores were not good, and the tests would not have even been taken without the promise of score choice. It's just so frustrating. One group at the organization knows what I am talking about but the group who is actually sending the scores does not. It's probably too late for my kid, but I really want to make a meaningful contact with someone in a position to know what I am talking about and help. Does anyone know anyone?
