it is Huge. the biggest loft I ever set my foot into except Javits center.
it was a summer, only few kids were there. lots of space, cubicle for painting. loads of multi colored swim noodles swinging from the ceiling and panty hose garland = fine fine arts!!!
the security guard said kids are lovely, polite, never give him any trouble. No cigaret butt in or around the loft, though few trash including broken beer bottles, could be from anyone and anywhere, area is grimy but up and coming. easy commute, Wholefoods, asks… what’s now, 40-50K?</p>
