Does anyone know anything about UCSB transfer housing?

I emailed UCSB, but due to the holidays and a lot of other students asking questions now that the application period is coming to a close soon, I thought I'd ask here.

Anyway, I'd really prefer to get on-campus housing at UCSB for the first year after I transfer. The website says that there is a lottery system in place for transfer students. However, the website doesn't mention what percentage of students who apply for the lottery get in.

Does anyone happen to know this percentage?

But the odds of getting housing is 95%..If you elect the dorm you're almost 100% of getting it. If you choose the UCSB apartment type, I'd say 25%. So you, pick Manzanita Village if you get accepted. Most likely you'll end up in San Rafael or Manzanita Village since you're a transfer student.
