Does anyone know of any colleges with 6 year medical school programs?

I am a high school student. what should i do to be prepared for it?
What are my chances of getting into medical school? (weighted GPA 3.5, SAT 2000)

preferably affordable colleges

I have heard McGill in Montreal has one of the best 6 year medical programs in the world… Not 100% sure, just what I have heard from others.

That McGill program is only for residents of Quebec.

My daughter just got accepted into University of Missouri-Kansas City’s six-year BA/MD program. She is a senior in high school. This was something SHE wanted to do. We parents were just the facilitators. Here are some advices:

If you have the option, then take the IB Diploma route.
Take the highest level classes your school offers.
Do as much volunteer work as possible in the health care field like hospitals, doctors’ offices, nursing homes, old age homes, VA hospitals, diagnostic labs, research labs etc. Volunteer hours from NON health care related fields do not show YOUR dedication in medicine as much.
Have a 30 or above ACT score.
Be in the top 10% in the graduating class.
Get good recommendation letters.
Get involved with academic as well as non academic extracurricular activities like NHS, school government, sports, music, language clubs, local science fairs etc.
Write an impressive and convincing essay to submit with the application.
Make sure that you have the dedication to go through this extremely demanding and intensive program.

Good luck!!!
