My god was yesterdays test hard. Does anyone know where I can practice with passages/questions just as hard as those. I have one more chance in december. Any suggestions?

Not even Barrons is as difficult as yesterday’s test

I have The Real ACT Prep Book, and none of the math sections were near as difficult as that one. I couldn’t even find similar problems like those at the end of the section.

The Real ACT book is no longer accurate for the Math section… I figured that out after my first ACT.

I was scoring 35s and 34s on The Real ACT book. When I saw the test yesterday I wanted to cry

The math section wasn’t too bad for me, but holy crap, the reading was insane, and the science was quite hard for me as well. I guess I will try to do barrons or PR. Why is the Real ACT no longer accurate? Are they making the test harder?

English, reading, and science weren’t bad at all. Math felt a bit more difficult than usual.

The math from test #5 from the real ACT book is the closest thing i’ve encountered to this test… but still not as difficult

I found the June 2013 math test to be just as hard if not harder. Thanks to a tutor, I have that math test. If you want to pm me, maybe there’s someway I could send a copy to you.

If it was hard that means the curves are going to be soft. Right? Since ACT score is relative there should be not problem with final score. Is this correct? What do you guys think?

Does any one knows if December test will have same format as Oct 2013

Tulsipatel–the format is always the same for ACT tests, although some are more difficult than others.

So does anyone know ANY book that gives you extremely difficult practice tests. Because the RED BOOK IS UNREALISTICALLY EASY! It made me believe I could get a 34-36 easily when the actual test was far more difficult. ANYONE?

Just keep taking it. This test was unusually hard, but most of the ACT test I have taken have been pretty easy.
