Does anyone think this course workload is too much?

<p>It adds up to 16 hrs., all classes worth 3 hrs. except the bdp (bridging disciplines) class which is worth 1 hr., I know it's recommended that freshman only take 12 hrs. but since I know that 2 of these classes are supposed to be really easy the physical science and bdp one and none of the others are very difficult (as far as I've heard) I thought it might be alright. I'm a journalism major thinking about double majoring with asian studies. The only thing I reall hate is the fact that my physical science class ends at 7, when fall starts it's going to be pitch black while walking back to the dorms at that time...anyways opinions/advice/support would be appreciated thanks. </p>

<p>Don’t worry about it being dark. At least you will be on campus. I’ve walked back in West Campus area at 2 am more than once this week and that is much much more frightening. </p>

<p>The classes seem easy so I don’t see any problem with them. I’d only suggest 12 hours to someone if they were taking like calculus, physics, bio and chem in one semester. It is hard to juggle so many classes, especially when assignments start being due around the same time or tests are on the same days but it’s doable.</p>
