URGH STILL nothing... CMU is the last school I'm waiting on! I got my Harvard letter (rejection, yay) today and it was mailed yesterday from across country... sometimes I just don't understand the postal service.

The CMU webpage showed that my FAT envelope was mailed out with the first batch, and both schools (SCS and CIT) accepted me. Over a week later, though, I still haven't gotten a FAT, haha. I live in Florida, so I could probably chalk it up to a slow postal service, but still. I'll probably call when they're open, but does anyone else have similar issues?

On the bright side, at least I got my decision already. :/

yeah. on the bright side. that would be nice. start a new forum--i doubt very many people with the same problem would check this one. Yeah...i don't trust the PS ;)

Just got my fat letter today... all my friends got theirs either last saturday or earlier this week. I dunno why mine took so long. But I live in MA, which isn't that far from CMU. So guys, don't give up hope!! Just cause u haven't gotten anything yet doesn't mean it's a rejection!

What's the postmark?

hey guys,
Some reassurance: My sister and I know for sure we got in because we are supposed to play for the tennis team. The coach was able to tell us the admissions decision. We know we have gotten in but the decision isnt posted online and we still havent gotten letters in the mail. The coach said they mail some envelopes a week later than others so NO WORRIES. :p

Bad news for you guys I guess?

No decision online still, yet I just got a mailed letter from CMU saying I got rejected to Tepper, HSS, and SCS. I'm a bit confused, considering that I've been accepted to Emory and NYU Stern (with 7.5k scholarship). o.O. W/e. If CMU doesn't want me I don't want them either! :)

College Choices
1. College: MCS Dept: CMY Program: Decision:
2. College: CIT Dept: CHE Program: Decision:

nothing for me yet. I just want my rejection letter (im certain i wont get in) so i could end this whole college process. Im mostly likely going to attend the university of washington; i already registered for housing. College apps are annoying, and i just want it to end.

I'm really surprised w/ my decision as well. I got into Cornell engineering but not Carnegie? I had an excellent interview w/ a Carnegie alum as well. Strange...

I applied to MSCF, but still no decision
