Does application count as priority if not complete?

<p>Hello everyone~ </p>

<p>I turned in my online application before 11/30 priority application date but my transcript and SAT scores have yet to arrive.</p>

<p>Does this mean my application counts as priority or regular? Thanks!</p>

<p>this is spelled out clearly on the website.
As someone who’s quite a bit older (may be crankier!) and who has seen the changes in students over the last 15 years I recommend using the admissions process as a first step in developing into an independent individual that will thrive on their own in college.</p>
