Does Art of Problem Solving help with SAT math?

I want to participate in the AMC 12 this year, and I'm preparing for it by going through AoPS Vol I (and maybe Vol II, as well). Will doing AoPS Vol I combined with the practice tests in the Blue Book help me with my SAT math? I have not taken an official SAT before, but I did take the PSAT this past year as a sophomore; I ended up with a 67 math (pitiful, I know, but I forgot I was even taking the test and did no prep whatsoever). Would AoPS+Blue Book be enough to boost my SAT math score by 130 points? I want to minimize the amount of time I spend studying as much as possible, so I'm looking to "kill two birds with one stone," as it were.

AoPS is far beyond the level of the SAT Math section. Honestly, if you’re at the level of AoPS and AMCs, you probably already have a strong math foundation, so the best way to raise your math score is to practice out of the Blue Book (i.e AoPS Volume 1 & 2 won’t help for the SAT but it will for the AMC 12). Also, simple mistakes can be costly and are typically the reason that many highly advanced math students don’t get 800s, so try to double (even triple) check your answers. An 800 on the SAT Math is certainly well within your reach.
