Title basically says it all haha. Just wondering because I'm applying as a Fall 2012 transfer and I want to know if transfer admission rates are skewed for A&S the way they are for ILR and CALS.

Thanks for the help

GT’s are only given out by contract colleges; and they are only offered to first-year applicants. GT and a regular transfer are two different things.

Thanks. I know GT and regular transfer are different, but they’re clumped together in the admissions stats which is why the contract colleges look like they have a 50%+ admission rate for transfers. Just wanted to make GTs weren’t given for A&S, thanks for the answer.

I actually have two friends who are GTs to A&S. The contract colleges definitely give out more GTs, though.

CAS admits only about 50 transfer a year, with a 7% admit rate

They do have like 50% admission, but that is including guaranteed transfers. For people without guaranteed, it is probably somewhere around 30-40%. I see a pretty huge amount of transfers without GT on campus.
