I was under the impression that AU doesn’t look at the writing section for the SAT, but I’m basing that off their info packet and admitted student profile that shows mid-50% SAT with only critical reading and math. My CR+M is significantly above their 75th percentile, but it would be just around it if they counted writing too. I was hoping to use my good CR+M to offset a lower GPA, but now I’m getting nervous. Does anyone know definitively if they look at SAT writing?
