does bad PSAT score affect me?

<p>I had really bad PSAT scores my soph year and it shows on my grade transcript(wierd enough, it also shows my freshman year picture). Would that hurt my chances? I got a 62 math, 50 reading, 38 writing on my soph PSAT.</p>

<p>The year after that I scored a 1790 on my SAT, and a 1850 second try with no practice. I did a little practice over the summer and now i'm expecting a 2050(i scored in the 500s on the writing and everybody knows how easy it is to raise the writing score).</p>

<p>Would the PSAT affect much or would adcoms just see that a little study went a long ways in my writing score.</p>
