I know that NYU stern is around 50% Asian and 24% white. I was wondering if being white helps getting in, or do they not factor in race at admissions?
Thanks

It’s a private. They can and might consider racial diversity, regional diversity, gender diversity, or whatever they want to consider.
If Stern is 50% Asian and only 24% white, being white likely would not help you. If it did, Stern wouldn’t be only 24% white.
I think Stern has plenty of white applicants so I don’t think it would be any kind of “hook” for admissions.
