<p>i heard that at some schools, they have centers where you can buy used products - chairs, computers, monitors, etc. does berkeley have a center like this?</p>

<p>...tons. There are plenty of places where you can get used goods. :) In the city of Berkeley that is. UC Berkeley has swaps now and again and I know the Co-ops have "Share Piles" for their members.</p>
