Does Berkeley send likely letters?

<p>I wanted to know if UC Berkeley sends "likely" letters. I remember getting the UCLA one for engineering and it basically meant that you were accepted (I think). Do you guys know if Berkeley does the same thing?</p>

<p>They send likely letters as invitations to apply for the Regents/Chancellor’s Scholarship.</p>
