Hey guys, well I got into Binghamton, and I'm super excited but I want to pursue Finance and when I went to visit I saw that the SOM was very plain and it had nothing special to it like most other colleges with very good business programs.
I would love to get some input from someone in their business program about if the school is actually really good and if the career center is actually helpful when it comes down to finding internships and jobs?
I would REALLY appreciate what you guys think

I’m not quite sure what you mean by “special.” I am not in SOM, but I have a good number of friends in SOM.

Recruiting is very, very good at Binghamton for SOM. Especially for accounting majors which is what the school is best for. Finance is a little different, but I would say a good number of the recruiting events on campus are dedicated to SOM students. You will not be at a disadvantage.

I believe it’s very good.

Binghamton’s School of Management probably doesn’t have the “best” business facility in the SUNY system, but it definitely gets the best job prospects and recruitment based on the accolades and student body.
