<p>Have you seen the accepted posts on Harvard, Brown, Stanford, etc?
There’s such a random process, like really!</p>
<p>I think like most ivy league schools, Brown doesn’t accept appeals. However, if you have a serious and very legit case (ie you think it’s discrimination, one of your teacher recs something went off the top horrible, you think your interviewer was a racist, etc) I think you could appeal.</p>
<p>They definitely don’t and it seems presumptuous/rude to ask for one…</p>
<p>If you discover a huge mistake/oversight in your submitted materials, you might have a case if you were borderline. Otherwise, accept your fate.</p>
<p>No appeals… Though I know there are a few appeals a year, they never succeed. If you still want to go to Brown, you can transfer or take a year off and reapply.</p>
<p>If you’ve been waitlisted, this is different. It sounds like you’ve been straight up rejected, though, so you’re best bet is just to transfer (if you still want to)</p>
