<p>though im not familiar with bucknells specific policies for waitlisted students, the phillips exeter website has some good advice:</p>

<p>the two pertinent points are that it cannot hurt if you call and kindly inquire as to the universities waitlist policy. dont ask why you were waitlisted, but rather ask how the process works and if would be beneficial for you to submit updated information.</p>

<p>this can be followed by a SUCCINCT letter outlining recent accomplishments and grades as well as mentioning why you would like to attend bucknell... and that you would attend if accepted.</p>
