UCLA doesn't e-mail you if you're rejected. Does Cal follow the same policy? or... do they e-mail you regardless of your status?

I never even got an email from ucla saying I got accepted.

^Really? All my friends got one around 10:00 in the evening that day...

Maybe I did.. let me check.. lol.. I don't think so though..

i never got rejected from cal so i dunno.. i got a rejection letter from la though.

@ jpn_guyy
I never got an acceptance e-mail eiitherrr!!

But i got the packet in the mail for ucla so i guess that makes up for it :P. My first impression abou the no-letter-for-regection thing was that it applied to all the UCs. But maybe i am mistaken.

Cal does not send out rejection letters to save paper and money.

Last time I checked, emailing doesn't cost money?

Wow, that sucks.

I was referring to physical mail, emailing does not cost money, but I don't recall getting an acceptance email ever anyways

Hey SeekingAtlantis, when did you get your packet from UCLA? Where do you live? I have received nothing except the congrat letter on website. thx,
