<p>I’ve never met one. Actually a lot of colleges only take junior transfers, meaning you’ve completed about 60 credits. Some colleges do allow you to combine AP credit from high school with credit from your university, allowing you to transfer in your sophomore year but I think you’re still considered a junior.</p>
