The Core does not list any Math requirement. Does that mean that CC students don’t have to take any Math courses for all four years? Do they have to be in a Math-related major/concentration to take Math courses?
Thank you.

To fulfill the CC degree requirements, one is not specifically required to take a math course, but one of the three courses you take to fulfill the science requirement may be a math course (the second one is Frontiers of Science, and the third one must be a non-math STEM course). You may conversely take FroSci and two non-math STEM courses (astrology, biology, physics, psych, and the like). However, math courses are open to all students, given, of course, that you’ve fulfilled the prerequisites (i.e., you have to start with Calculus whatever before you do linear algebra, et cetera).
@400lux Thanks a lot!
