I go to FLVS, but I go Full Time. (I know some people have Dual Enrollment)
Today, my councilor called and said I was in the top 10% of the school.
Right now I am only taking honors classes, no AP and I heard that some colleges don't care about rank because you could be taking regular classes and acing them and that would bring up your rank.

I got this from the FLVS site:
"FLVS served over 148,000 students in 303,329 half-credit enrollments in the 2011-12 school year."

So, even though I'm in the top 10%, would it even matter?

Yes it does matter i believe.
top 10% is pretty good unless your class size is only like 100 people then it won’t look as good.

they probably realize its your ranking in FLVS, and they probably won’t know how to interpret that.

how do you know what your class size is?

err aforautumn, how do you know they won’t know how to interpret that? Lol. We don’t know if they’ll know or if they won’t. But I’m going to say it’s a pretty safe bet to say that THEY WILL know how to interpret it given they have been only doing admissions for only so many years
