Well, I'm currently in a community college. And recently, I just decided I want to become a premed student. I know that when you apply to a UC, they will only transfer the credits of UC approved courses, and your gpa starts all over again is this true?

Secondly, Medical school will look at all your classes, including the ones taken at the community college. So does that mean two courses I took over the summer as a high school student Algebra II (c letter grade) and precalculus (b letter grade) get factor into the overall gpa. And do they have two separate gpa one from UC-only, and the other cummulative of all classes?
