Which Community College has a partnership with CMU? I want to take summer courses

I don’t think Carnegie Mellon is affiliated with any community colleges (don’t quote me on that, though!). I have several years worth of credit from a fairly well respected university from classes I took there during high school, and I was told not to be optimistic with regards to transferring the credit (this is true for most credit transfer attempts at any school–you’re going to find yourself disappointed for the most part!). If you’re going to take classes, take things that genuinely interest you or could help you have a better foundation for classes you might take at CMU.

^although I’ve heard stories from people taking gen eds at local community colleges over the summer and they got credit for it. It’s more a form you fill out for your departments I believe, and if approved, you can get credit for it.
i.e. here’s MCS example [Transfer Credit Policy-Mellon College of Science - Carnegie Mellon University](Transfer Credit Policy - Mellon College of Science - Carnegie Mellon University)
And if you’re in HS, you should take some related/challenging classes
If you’re in college, find a cheap and easy way to get rid of your gen eds if you’re not interested in them :)
