I have a student who took the June 3 chemistry SAT subject test. College board says results will be out by July 12. Is there any chance that we will see results before July 12?
No. It doesn’t make sense for them to release it early, nor have I ever heard of College Board releasing scores early either.
I’m waiting for the same date (I took Biology M), so just be patient. You’ve waited this long, so I think you can wait a little longer
I just read the other day that College Board will start releasing scores earlier: https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/educators/higher-ed/scoring-changes/sat-score-delivery-dates
As of October, the release date will be about two weeks after the test. Excellent news!
@ctparent2019, I don’t think student reports on the CB website are ever posted before the advertised date. However, usually colleges and sometimes the student’s high school get the scores a day or two earlier. Your student is still not likely to get score info before July 12 though. My S is also waiting for scores from the June sitting. He’s done with standardized testing so although I’m glad CB is getting its act together for future test dates, he’s stuck with the ridiculous six-week delay for reporting scores on an entirely multiple choice exam.
The real question is what time on the 12th will these pesky scores be available. Past behavior would indicate that scores will be posted for viewing at 5 AM EST. College Board should indicate the timing soon (or you would hope). Sending great score vibes to all!
