I'm working at the restaurant due to my financial problems.
Problem is.. I'm international alien so I'm not allowed to work in US!
Should I add my work experience in my application or not??
And I also have a work experience in my country(summer job)
Should I add an additional information that I worked in my country, therefore It was legal?

uh… so how do they PAY YOU?

ok don’t change the location of your work. I think you can mention it, because college adcoms probaly aren’t too familiar with the law regarding aliens working. But… if you get caught, that’s serious crime. I am international, but I am allowed to work in the country and get paid by the way. So they might think you are a person like me.

There is no need to mention it. While working may help a tiny bit, it will not make/break a recommendation and the consequences are too big if you get caught!

IP logged. USCIS notified.

ar31791, i hope ur not serious ;)

on topic,i thnk u shouldnt add it

just metnion the work experience you had back home.
