<p>Yes. College Science courses are far more in-depth than HS AP not just because of the course material covered but primarily because of the labs.</p>

<p>Most Prep schools advice HS students to retake these courses (or at least part of the course, Chem II, Bio II, Physics II etc) for two reasons; one because these courses will prep you well for MCATs, second because it's likely an easy A for those who excelled in AP.</p>
