Does Columbia accept January SAT scores?

For RD,

 1. does Columbia accept january sat scores?

and i heard sth about that, Columbia doesn’t accept ‘rush’-reported
sat scores, true or baloney?

There's a possibility that they might not receive January scores in time--
i.e. they will have read your junk already.
And, where did you here that bologna?

Yes. Columbia does accept January SAT scores, you simply need to make a note of that on your application. "Scores or date to be taken."

Columbia, as most other institutions, physically cannot stop 'rush reported' scores. However, it is actually faster for them to receive a score without 'rush' because they are electronically delivered. Rush scores are paper versions, sent by mail. They only slow down the process, and do not make things any simpler. Most top colleges mention this. Don't give the College Board any more money than they deserve. HAHA they don't deserve anything..I hate CB! screwups
