Does Columbia look more at teacher letter A than teacher letter B?

One of my teachers knows me better than the other. I got a B+ in his physics honors class. The other teacher does not know me as well. I got an A in her AP English Class (widely known as the hardest english teacher in the school so i really pulled one out of my ass in her class).

Does it matter which one is teacher A and which is teacher B?

And also, where can i find Columbia’s address. My teachers want to send recs. through mail.

I kind of gathered info here and there. would this address get the letters where they need to go:

Admission Office
Columbia University
1130 Amsterdam Avenue
212 Hamilton Hall, MC 2807
New York, NY 10027

It would make absolutely no sense for them to make one more important than the other.

one is not more important than the other.
