Does Cornell offer International Relations?

I've been looking for it and I'm not sure if it offers it but can somebody clarify this for me?
If there is an international relations major, what school does it belong to?

************Also

How is the communications major at CALS?
Is it a rather difficult major and is it difficult to get into?

It offers a minor in international relations, open to students in all the colleges.

if you want to do IR, you generally do a major in government with a concentration/focus/minor in IR.

I’m an IR minor. It’s pretty comprehensive, especially as far as minors go (9 courses). Naturally if you are a government or economics major (or both like me) or some related field (I think History and Anthropology would be excellent as well), there will be a lot of overlap with your major. I will also say the Einaudi Center (which sponsors the minor) does an excellent job of hosting quality events and bringing speakers to campus.
